Narita International Airport has Won the World’s Best Airport Staff Service Award

The ‘SKYTRAX Best Airport Awards 2019’ named Narita International Airport the World’s Best Airport Staff Service. The award is presented to the airport that receives the highest level of customer satisfaction across the full range of services such as customer assistance, immigration and security staffs, shops and restaurant personnel, and more. It is determined by the results of the online survey completed by air passengers worldwide.

SKYTRAX, a rating body recognized internationally by airlines and media throughout the world has introduced the Certified Airline Rating in 1999 in which airports and airlines are classify by quality of frontline produce and staff service standards. Through many years of professional experience and expertise on the world airline industry, the ratings have been recognized as a global benchmark of airline standards.

The Singapore’s Changi Intenational Airport was selected as the World’s Best Airport marking its seventh consecutive years on the top rank. With Haneda International Airport ranked second, Chubu Centrair International Airport placed sixth, and Narita International Airport on the ninth has placed 3 of Japan’s major airports in the world’s top 10.

In addition to World’s Best Airport Staff Service mentioned above, Narita International Airport are placed in the second rank for World’s Best Airport Dining, World’s Best Airport Security Processing, World’s Best Airport Immigration Service, World’s Best Airport for Baggage Delivery.
