Chiba among the 10 cities that has been introduced in the JNTO's Virtual Tour
The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) has created a series of interactive websites showcasing virtual tour of 10 Japan cities with world-class facilities that can support conferences and cultural experiences
While it is difficult for travelers to go on places due to Covid19, the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) has produced virtual videos which feature the charms of the destination venues, aimed to attract overseas organizers of international conferences, The Japan Virtual Tour. Chiba City is among the selected cities highlighted in the program.
Among the facilities that are highlighted in Chiba City are Chiba’s main convention complexes, Makuhari Messe, Mihama-en Japanese Garden, Chiba Urban Monorail, Chiba Folk Museum, and more. The video also showcased various state-of-the-art facilities including medical institutions, local industries, latest innovations, and exclusive venues along with many pre/post-convention programs best suited for business events. It emphasized on the city’s advantage as a ‘convenient conventions’ destination brought by its outstanding access both locally and internationally, and the compactness of its convention complex precincts where hotels are just within a few distance away. Numerous pre and post-convention programs that allow visitors to an extra-edge Japan’s experience were also introduced.
